The school's programs are approved by TWC, as well as THHS-Texas.
Grievance Process
Students must address their concerns about this school or any of its educational programs by following the grievance process outlined in the school's catalog. Schools are responsible for ensuring and documenting that all students have received a copy of the school's grievance procedures and for describing these procedures in the school's published catalog.

Internal Complaint Procedures
Step 1: Informal Resolution
- Discuss your concern directly with the instructor or staff member involved
- Most issues can be resolved at this level through open communication
- Document the date, time, and outcome of your discussion
Step 2: Formal Written Complaint
If the issue is not resolved informally, submit a formal written complaint that includes:
- Your name, contact information, and student ID number
- Date of the incident or issue
- Detailed description of the complaint
- Names of individuals involved
- Any supporting documentation
- Your desired resolution
Step 3: Administrative Review
- Submit your written complaint to the School Director
- The Director will investigate and respond within 10 business days
- A written response will be provided with the decision and any actions to be taken
Step 4: Appeal
- If unsatisfied with the Director's response, you may appeal to the School Owner
- Appeals must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the Director's decision
- Final decision will be provided within 10 business days
External Complaint Process
Students dissatisfied with this school's response to their complaint or who are not able to file a complaint with the school, can file a formal complaint with TWC, as well as with other relevant agencies or accreditors, if applicable.

Student Rights
As a student, you have the right to:
- File a complaint without fear of retaliation
- Have your complaint investigated promptly and fairly
- Receive a written response to your complaint
- Be accompanied by a support person during complaint proceedings
- Appeal decisions through the established process
- File complaints with external agencies
- Continue your education during the complaint process
Documentation and Records
- All complaints and resolutions are documented and maintained for 5 years
- Complaint records are confidential and separate from academic records
- Students may request copies of their complaint documentation
- Statistical data on complaints is reported to TWC as required
Time Limits for Filing Complaints
- Internal complaints should be filed within 30 days of the incident
- TWC complaints must be filed within 2 years of the incident
- Extensions may be granted for extenuating circumstances
Non-Retaliation Policy
The Consolidated Nurse Aide Training Institute strictly prohibits retaliation against any student who files a complaint or participates in a complaint investigation. Any form of retaliation should be immediately reported to the School Director or TWC.
